I'm happy to cancel any paid orders that have not been shipped at no cost to you. Please notify me as soon as possible and include the eCrater order number you want cancelled. I do not get reimbursed for incurred fees from PayPal or Stripe on refunds to customers so please carefully consider all purchases. Refunds for Paypal e-checks may take up to 5 business days to credit back to you because it takes that long to fund my account. So please do not place a bank card payment reversal on your order. It's not necessary and your bank may charge you a service charge if you do.
I accept Paypal, Stripe, and Postal Money Orders. For fastest service, send INSTANT Paypal payments. Paypal E-CHECKS take 3-5 business days to fund and delay shipping. For Postal Money Orders, email me immediately that you intend to make your purchase. I will place a hold on the item until payment is received up to 7 days. Send payment to my address stated in your order confirmation.
I ship within two business days of cleared payment. I use USPS (United States Postal Service) which includes delivery confirmation and insurance.
In general, I ship packages under a pound for free. Packages over a pound have calculated shipping depending on destination. Please use the shipping calculator for the exact cost. When asking about shipping in an email, please include the destination zip code.
Mailing Error Policy:
Please confirm that your mailing address is correct before you send an online payment to avoid delays and returns. If an order is returned because of an address error on your part, the order will be refunded minus the original shipping cost plus a 6% administration fee of the entire order amount. This fee is charged to me regardless of a return. Please avoid disappointment and extra costs by always keeping your address current and rechecking it each and every time you order online.
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. Item(s) must be returned to me in original condition within 7 days of receipt. Original condition means factory sealed boxes must be returned factory sealed. Failure to comply with any of these terms will void this policy.
All refunds are for the purchase price only minus a 6% administration fee of the entire order amount; no refunds for insurance, tracking, or shipping. No exceptions. Please ask all questions before purchases. Thank you.
