Description: CORNING WARE Blue Cornflower P-11 Set 1966-69 Complete EUC. The P-11 Set includes the following: P-1-B (1 qt saucepan) P-1 1/2-B (1 1/2 qt saucepan) P-1 3/4 (1 3/4 qt saucepan) three P-7-C glass lids (one is not labeled with the model number as some knobbed lids weren't) P-10-HG black handle, P-11 cradle. A great starter set for the traditional wife or new collector in your life!
Condition: Excellent pre-owned vintage condition. No chips, cracks, major scratches, major metallic marks, or dishwasher residue. There is some moderate superficial scratching on the inside bottoms of the pans from use and a few very minor gray marks on the outer areas. Graphics crisp and shiny. Lids are in great condition with no cracks, chips, but the two marked P-7-C have some slight roughness around parts of the outer edge. It's visually inconspicuous but detectable with the finger test. The 'P' Series of CORNING WARE was the third generation of cookware after its introduction in 1958. It included a long list of different sizes of saucepans, sauce makers, electric skillets, roasters, menuettes, and coffee percolators to name a few. This cookware is still relevant today, being eco friendly, non-toxic, microwaveable, and made to handle freezer to oven without thermo-shock. It's more than just a collectable. It can be used everyday AND be displayed on your shelves. Just like Grandma!
